Important Announcement My wife's feeble attempt to use my writing against me in court failed miserably, so my site in all its glory is back. For those of you too stupid and petty to understand metaphors, satire, hyperbole, humor in general, or to read an entire article and not pull one or two quotes out of context like some political strategist I urge you to read my FAQ before going any further. It's the button above this paragraph that features Al Gore's screaming mouth and is emblazoned with the letters "FAQ". Unfortunately for the parties that tried to use my writing against me, I know my writing, and it has been reviewed and approved now by TWO of my counselors as a constructive way to get out my feelings without having a confrontation or some other destructive scenario. The next time you wish to pull a line or two from my web site to try to make me look like Captain Domestic Violence I will invite your representation to read THE ENTIRE ARTICLE to the presiding judge. I have nothing to fear and nothing to hide. You will no longer harass, intimidate, or in any other way demean or threaten me. I and my children have been utterly betrayed by the two people I loved best in this world, and my family will no longer be toyed with so you can present yourself as a damsel in distress. Not only did you desert me and the two children who called you MOM for eight years, you took my youngest child away from her family as if she was some sort of possession. And you did it to indulge in an affair with my best friend of 22 years. YOU are wrong, NOT me. You are a liar, a deceiver, a conniver, a manipulator, and a BAD PARENT. Don't forget the shortcut to print is "Control-P"; I WANT you to bring this to court. I'm begging you to come after me some more and attempt to paint me as a villain 48 hours after telling me you had no intention of doing so. And don't forget you also said you weren't going to keep my daughter from me, and then told the court you wanted NO visitation, and restrictions on any that was allowed. And as I mentioned earlier, none of it flew in court. Next time there will be no settlement; you have shown no regard or concern for the well-being of ANY of my three children. You have attempted to create confrontations and bad blood at every turn. My children deserve better and so do I. Your time of being in control of this situation and by proxy my life has ended. I am begging you to print this and try to read only one line to the court again. I will read this paragraph in its entirety. I have kept the children first and foremost in all I've done, while you have been petty, childish, and have taken every step possible to hurt me even if it meant you had to hurt the children to do so. You interrogated my nine year old daughter and have been pumping my nephew who has ADHD to the point of almost being autistic for information about me. Please, by all means, continue attacking me. I am begging you to try to make me look like a horrible person and a bad father. Because it will ALWAYS blow up in your face. I was a stay home dad while you were out at the bar. I have tried to ensure a peaceful resolution so long as my children could see each other a reasonable amount - to the point of being willing to agree to you having primary custody - while you have taken every opportunity to insult, degrade, intimidate, and even threaten me. That's right; did you think I forgot the time you told me you wanted to "kick my ass", and stated you believed you could take me? I certainly haven't, and I'm not the one who wanted to make this a nasty court fight. It's all been YOU. So please continue trying to make me the villain, and deflecting your behavior onto me like some sort of Democrat master campaign strategist. I no longer fear you, and you will no longer play me like a puppet on a string. I am taking the reins of my life back, and will fight you to the ends of the earth to ensure the best possible outcome for my children.
