Fuckers, the presidential race and politics in general are really heating up right now. From Hillary and Obama being caught over and over in lies and inappropriate situations to McCain being too much of a fucking pussy to take advantage of all the chaos, this is turning into some exciting shit. We're all seeing the staggering success of Rush Limbaugh's Operation Chaos, which is also exposing the overall weakness of the Republican party unfortunately. Hey RNC and McCain, here's a hint -
YOU CAN'T UNITE ANYONE IF YOU FUCKING LOSE!
That's some serious stupidity, there. But I digress. I'm writing
today to discuss individual stupidity. Since the early stages of
the campaign, every Democrat Party candidate has been touting Universal
Socialized healthcare. Why do I say socialized? Is it because
I'm a mind-numbed robot, programmed by talk radio? FUCK NO - because
putting government in charge of things is one of the tenets of socialism.
And average people buy into it for two main reasons; free healthcare
sounds great, and they aren't educated enough to even begin to think
beyond that. Neither plan currently being campaigned on takes the
concerns of individual Americans into account, nor do they leave
ground for those of us that don't want to be on that sort
of health plan. The candidates are playing on people's heart strings,
and using class warfare to push a socialist plan on unsuspecting
masses.
What really gets me in all this is the propensity of people who have major complaints with all forms of government under any administration being so willing to put their very lives in the hands of that same government. It's bad enough when you have a pencil pusher working your HMO or PPO making decisions about your healthcare, and you want to add some brain dead government employee that can't decide to get people out of formaldehyde infested trailers to the mix? Come on people - most government positions can't even be terminated without jumping through more hoops than a circus. And the idea it will depend on who's in charge is just fantasy. There are people working government jobs in the Bush administration that were there for the Ford presidency.
Still not convinced? You still think it would be a good idea to turn your health care over to a bureaucracy that allowed Jamie Gorelick to prevent the FBI and CIA from communicating with a simple memo then placed her on the 9-11 Commission, and then kept her on the commission even after learning she was one of the major stumbling blocks on our road to 9-11? Or how about a government that would do little more than give a stern talking-to to former secretary of state Sandy Berger, who stole and then destroyed sensitive documents from the national archives, but would pursue you with more vigor than with which they have pursued Bin Laden if you owe them so much as a penny of tax money? THIS is what you want in charge of your health decisions, under the guise it will be FREE? Do you not look at how much you pay the government each week in your pay check? Have you never realized how much money you have paid into government coffers already for programs that will never benefit you? Do you not realize they are going to force us into their program, taking away more of our freedom?
Here's a list of questions to ask yourself before you glom onto the idea of bullshit free healthcare:
